How did you get so many visitors and members on your site? I'm trying to get more views of my wiki. Do you find this valuable?

Well, there's no proper answer of that. You'll have to be patient. You can apply for the Topcoats Programme of wetpaint. Their review about wikis is very much effective.
Try to surface your wiki-contents. Put the link of the best things on the home-oage, so that visitors don't have search much.
Don't use too many widgets on the home-page, as it takes more time to load.
Try arranging link-exchange programmes and some contests among the users, it really helps sometimes.
Try using site-promotion tools, like Googles.
Try using social networks, like orkut or myspace. I created a community of Gadgetfreek Wiki on Orkut also, which lead some visitors to Gadgetfreek.
Most effective, try helping users of wetpaint, by replying to their threads. Trust me, no one is going to join your wiki for nothing.
You'll have to discover some tricks to advertise your wiki by yourself. But, be careful, not to spam. But, all of these process take time. So, you'll have to be patient. In the beginning, I used to have about 1 or 2 additional visitors here, now I get almost 50 visits per day. So, you'll just have to be patient.
